The wedding photographer is responsible for taking ordinary people of all shapes and sizes and from every walk of life and making them look like Princes and Princesses on their own fairy tale day. Shopping for a wedding photographer is like buying a house; you get what you pay for, this makes it a daunting task. In the long run, selecting someone to take your photos is one of the most important decisions you will make while planning your wedding. Regardless of what type of wedding you have, it goes without saying that a photographer is an absolute necessity.
In my opinion, the best photographer is the one who gets the great shots but never interrupts the moment or the flow of everything. The sole purpose of the wedding photographer is to capture every precious moment of the entire celebration and present this as a package of beautiful memories to the couple to cherish as long as they both shall live. Another task is to capture the moments, all the joy, the tears, the emotions, kisses and bouquets flying high. Many couples underestimate the importance of carefully selecting a good photographer, randomly picking a name from the telephone book, believing that one wedding photographer is as good as the next. The first thing to consider hiring a professional wedding photographer is that he or she has just the right equipment and lights for photographing your wedding.
Photographers are faced with clients that have the highest expectations that you will capture inspiring images which will tell the story of the happiest day of their life. The role of the wedding photographer is very personal and it's important that they have the right personality, in short, you need to trust your feelings, you need to "click" with them. The modern-day photographer is among the upper echelon of the photographic elite, both in status and in financial rewards. Only the best wedding photographers are capable of telling a story, capturing the romance, excitement and feelings of such a special moment.
Personality is one of the key factors for choosing the right photographer for you. At the end of the day you get it all: the desired portraits with parents and the true emotion of your wedding. With your wedding photographer you will spend this the most desired, longest and stressful day of your life. If you can trust him/her fully, and relax in his/her presence then that will transform into great photographs. No matter how good your wedding photographs turned out if your experience with the photographer were bad, the enjoyment of your photographs won't be the same. Hence, choose the photographer who can be part of your wedding day, somebody sensitive, polite, attentive to YOUR ideas and your personality. When you choose your wedding photographer you cannot insure that the very same photographs like you saw at somebody else's wedding will be taken, because every wedding is different, every bride is special, every groom is unique, the weather, the veil, the mood, every thing is just yours and the photographs will feature just YOUR special day.

Acoustic Guitar Playing Tricks Of The Trade
If you spend a lot of time with acoustic guitar playing you will need to pay attention to your posture if you want to avoid back problems. There is a lot to learn when you are first starting out so we will talk about a few of the tricks of the trade when it comes to holding and playing your guitar the right way.
Take your instrument and hold it so the back is touching your stomach. The neck should be to the left if you are right handed. Put the curved part of the bottom of the body on your right thigh. Next you will need to take a hold of the neck with your left hand and put your right arm down where the strings go over the hole. This is a good starting position but if something does not feel right feel free to adjust to suit your body.
All of you out there that are right handed should be using the left hand to press down on the strings. Bend your left fingers so that you can press down on the strings so they will sound good and clear.
The way the back of the guitar neck is curved allows your hand to be comfortable when playing. This will allow your thumb to move around to different positions so you can play at different places on the neck. You can place your thumb either on the back of the neck or along the side depending on what you are playing. In the beginning choose the position that feels best to you.
While all of this is going on with the left hand your right hand will be busy picking or strumming the strings. Your right arm should be comfortable on top of the guitar. A good place to strum is right over top of the sound hole. This oversize hole in the top is where all of that beautiful music will come from.
A lot of guitarists prefer to use a pick when playing. Hold the pick gently but firmly between your thumb and forefinger. Then you will want to drag the pick across the strings to begin playing.
If you are a left handed musician there is no need to fret over all of this, as there are options for acoustic guitar playing for lefties. One thing you can do is restringing the guitar in reverse. Another thing that you can do is purchase a special guitar made for a left-handed person.
Proper technique will allow you to spend extended amounts of time picking. Do it right and your acoustic guitar playing will not only sound better it will also be easier to actually do. Take the time to learn to do things the right way and your body will thank you for it.

Making Money From Your Digital Photos
It's no surprise that professional photographers can be expensive, which is why some people would rather make use of stock photo sites than pay this cost. Stock photo sites accept photos submitted by professionals and amateurs alike, which is why this can be a truly a legitimate business that can be done at your own spare time.
To do this does not require that you have an expensive or professional camera, as a matter of fact a fairly good digital camera that is at least up to 3 mega pixels will do. The sites that you can submit photos to are called stock photo sites, and how they help you make money from your photo is by allowing users to download photos from their site for a fee. A percentage of this fee goes to them to cover administration cost while the lion share goes to you. There is no limit to how many times your photos can be downloaded, so in actual fact you get paid for as long as your photo remains on their site and is downloaded. In some cases also you can sell the right to your photo in which case you get a one time payment which is a lot more than what you get paid for a one time download.
Some of the people who make use of stock photo sites and as such will be the people paying you are; advertisers, eBay sellers, scrap bookers, illustrators, students, designers, interior decorators and many more who require photos for their work and at short notice too. It is preferable for these people to use stock photo sites because of the large data base of pictures which in turn leads to a wide range of choice. So the more digital photos you submit the more money you stand to make from your pictures been downloaded.
The stock photo sites however will have to approve the photos you submit before they are added to their market place. To get your picture approved and downloaded more often, you must ensure that you submit pictures that are clear and without smudges. Pictures with trademarks and close range faces will need accompanying documents to show that you have obtained permission to submit the person's face or trademark.
Generally this is a very viable work that anyone can do with their spare time even while on holiday taking those holiday pictures and having a good time. Just remember that you can use software to remove marks from your picture for more clarity and better download rate.

Sundproofing Your Dorm Room Recording Studio by H Monaco
One of the biggest problems you will have recording music in a dorm room is disturbing other residents next to your room. This can be diminished with some simple soundproofing. Some recording studios spend thousands and thousands of dollars soundproofing their rooms but there are a few low cost and easy things you can do for your dorm room.
Acoustical egg crate foam pads can be placed on the walls in your room to not only decrease the amount of sound that travels through your walls into the next room but also soften the reflections of sound within your room. This technique will help but the largest problem with sound in your dorm room studio is doors and windows.
Any door that is not sealed or made of light material will transmit almost all sound that hits it. Windows are the same and can be even worse. In order to soundproof these trouble spots without buying replacement windows or doors you can use foam or towels when recording. Placing towels in the crack under doors will help reduce the sound that goes through, and putting foam on the door itself will also but down on sound transmission. Windows should be completely covered in foam for effective results. With these low cost and simple tips, your dorm room recording studio will be soundproofed much better with little cost or effort.

Six Things to Ask When Buying an Acoustic Guitar by Cyndie King
Six things to ask when buying an acoustic guitar
So you have decided that you want to buy an acoustic guitar. If you are like me, when I first bought a guitar I had no idea what to look for or what to ask. So, this article will give you some buying tips and some suggestions on what to ask when you talk to the salesman.
Ask to see the various body types and body sizes. You should pick a body size that feels and sounds good to you. Larger guitar styles are the dreadnought and jumbo styles. The smaller sizes are the parlor, Oms and grand concerts.
Ask what kind of wood the guitar that you pick out is made of. Most tops on guitars are made of spruce. Spruce wood offers a balanced tone, which is the most popular choice for steel-string guitars. Some guitars are made of cedar tops. Most of these are classical guitars, and they offer a little brighter sound. The different sounds you hear from the guitars come from the wood on the back and sides. This is what gives each guitar its character. Most guitars use rosewood, mahogany, maple or koa. The rosewood wood gives the guitar a darker more bass-heavy sound. The mahogany gives a brighter crisper tone. Maple woods give a mellow or balanced tone. The koa wood tone is somewhere between the tone of rosewood and mahogany wood.
Ask what size the nut on the guitar is. The neck width usually refers to the width of the nut. As you go up the neck (toward the headstock) the width of the neck increases. Common widths are 1 11/16, 1 ¾, 1 13/16 inches or wider. Here are a couple of tips to remember. The smaller necks are more comfortable for smaller hands. If you are looking at a more expensive guitar, the necks may come in different widths for the same model.
Ask about the size of the strings that are on the guitar that you choose. Strings come in different sizes. They come in extra light, light, medium and heavy. The sizes of strings are referred to as the gauge of the string. You might have a favorite. If you have decided upon a particular model, you may want to ask if the strings type and size are the same on both models.
Ask if the store has other models of the one that you have selected. If they do, it is a good idea to try to play the other models.
Ask if some type of case is included with the guitar. For higher priced guitars, usually higher priced cases come with the guitar. The case should fit correctly and provide adequate protection.
This is a list of a few things that when you get the answers will help you make a decision about purchasing the acoustic guitar so that you can play an acoustic guitar.

Piano Lessons With Papa Bach
Johann Sebastian Bach was unique among the great composers in many ways.
Not only did he teach his family music and harpsichord, but several of his sons became famous composers in their own right.
Bach's teaching method for the keyboard was valuable in that it gives us insight into a great master's view of children at the piano.
Most of Bach great teaching pieces, the most famous of which is the Minuet in G (remember the Diana Ross version?) were written expressly for his children and appear in a volume called Anna Magdalena's Notebook.
Since his children became famed composers, perhaps Bach had some great ideas on teaching children the piano. Of course, since musical talent is often inherited, perhaps he was also just starting with good material!
The first thing one notes when looking at Bach's teaching pieces is that they are all good music. By that I mean that the music itself, regardless of the fact that it was written for a child's capabilities, are of the highest musical quality.
I mention this only because so many piano methods today consist of utterly boring exercise pieces that kids are forced to play. Bach, in the wisdom of a great master, knew that to interest children the music must be enjoyable and tuneful.
Next, we see that the pieces are cleverly arranged such that the child is immediately using all five fingers of the right hand, spread in a row. Not only that, this five-finger position is used everywhere, so that the child is constantly asked to put their hand and fingers in this position, instilling the habit of good fingering immediately and automatically.
The child's hand is rarely asked to make advanced finger moves, such as turning the thumb under the index finger. And the complexities of this type of fingering are gradually introduced, starting with the Minuet wherein the index finger occasionally is turned over the thumb.
And once again, Bach is clever in his design of the curriculum, for the further one goes in the Anna Magdalena Songbook, the more complex the fingering problems becomes. But at the beginning of the book, he avoids the more difficult positions until the child has had a chance to gain familiarity with easier positions.
In a line of piano teachers that reaches from Bach to the great Franz Liszt, from the late 18th century to the early 20th, Bach's works for children are unique in their longevity, quality and understanding of both teaching and children's psychology.
Like any intelligent piano teacher, Bach understood the value of starting with something very easy to understand and then building slowly to more complex levels.
His children benefited from this easy approach, and your children can too.

When you are a beginner, how do you start with playing guitar? by The Review Mine
Beginners and guitar! Hmm, not exactly the best combination, are they? The reason I said that is because, I too was a beginner at a point of time and I too did the same mistakes that most beginners do despite having read through a thousand pages of beginner’s guides and literature. Now, about 4 years later, here I am preaching to the choir. But I simply cannot help it. If you are smart, you will get the gist of things by the end of this article. If not, then I will see you four years down the line saying the same lines that I said up there. So are you all set to proceed further? Beginners are a very impatient species. From the first day onwards, they seem to want everything faster than the average Joe on the streets. The moment I held a guitar for the first time, I was expecting to beat my instructor. After a month, I hoped to beat the Eagles (Whew!). If you are going on the same lines, then stop. Here are five pointers that should help you enormously in your learning process as a beginner.
1. Slow and steady wins the race. The person who said that was a lot smarter than most of us. The first lesson for beginners looking to learn the guitar is ‘be patient’. No one has learnt to play the guitar in 3 minutes or 60 minutes or one day for that matter. So if you are still investing your money in books that promise to teach you to play the guitar in minutes, then it’s a total wastage of your investments. The guitar is a musical instrument that requires a lot of skill and patience to master. So, set a realistic time frame to learn the basics and a lifetime to master it. 2. Hold the guitar properly. You only learn it once and you will probably find that you can never unlearn your first learning for years. So ensure that you get your basics right and hold the guitar properly. It should feel comfortable in your hands and you must be able to play both frets and strings with equal grace. 3. Start off with finger exercises. I still remember how my instructor always used to tell me to warm up each time I wanted to play and I wished I could strangulate him (If my instructors reading this, then please forgive me). But over the years, it is this warm up routine that has helped me hone my skills. Finger exercises are a very important part of your learning curve. It might seem like the most tedious thing at first, but without it, you will be like a kid stuttering to recite a poem. 4. Start by playing lead and then proceed to chords. Once you start playing chords, the impatient demon tends to take over and you want to play the most advanced chords in a few weeks. But chords are the core of any guitar lesson and you need to give it due time and effort. Go slow and take one chord at a time. Master it and then proceed to the next. 5. Practice, my boy, practice. The last thing you want to do is play your guitar once every week. I remember that I used to practice for almost 8 hours a day while learning the instrument. It has gone down now. But I still tweak the strings at least once in a day. No amount of lessons or reading material is going to teach you what practice will.
Keep these five things in mind, follow them routinely until you have reached an advanced stage. (You can play a few songs) and then, stick to the last point in the five. Have fun!

Music Production by Jay
Hi this Article is about learning Music skills.
It used to be that you had to go to college or a music production school to find a decent music production course. Now nearly every music school offers one. This should be no surprise due to the amount of time and money that people are now spending on entertainment. So, the question is: Where can I find a great music production school? And, who is going to provide me with the music skills, knowledge and experience that will really make a difference, without charging an enormous fee? Music production schools are offering basic music production programs and even Community Colleges have jumped on the bandwagon. Does this mean that they are all good? NO!
Firstly, I doubt that you can get even minimal training at a music production school without paying at least hundreds of dollars in fees. And is that a risk worth taking? For some, maybe, but for most of us, probably not! If you’re like most people looking for an advantage with music production learning, you are not going to be able to afford a major fee at a music production school. Maybe you are one of the smart ones and have looked to the internet for a better solution. Online music production lessons and courses are now becoming popular as they are much cheaper and more convenient; while at the same time still provide a solid foundation for learning the latest music production techniques.
An excellent example of an online music production course is http://music.getguestlist.co.uk

And the teaching at http://music.getguestlist.co.uk is very professional.
If you are a beginner, they will help you formalise your knowledge and get the terms explained. If you are advanced, Jay’s techniques will get you producing music at a much higher level. A lot of people interested in music production don’t think about the cost of six months of college lessons. But it adds up to hundreds of dollars. How to Download the Strangers Movie Online in High Quality Legally! by Anthony Caruso
Do people really download full movies online? The answer is yes! As we are speaking, there are millions of people downloading all the newest DVD and theatre releases such as The Strangers movie. The internet is a powerful tool. Instead of driving to the movie theatres, spending $10 on a ticket, $6 on popcorn, and sitting next to pesky kids, you can enjoy watching any movie in the comfort of your own home. People are always wondering which path to take when downloading full movies online. There is a bad path and a good path.
Let's start with the bad path. Many sites offer "full movie downloads" which are essentially just people taking their video camera to theatres and taping the screen. I have come across a couple of sites that have The Strangers movie. The video and audio are both very bad quality. On top of that, they are usually broken into parts. Another annoyance is the occasional subtitles in every other language popping up onto the screen. These sites are also flooded with internet users' worse nightmare- spy ware and viruses. The most important disadvantage is that these are ILLEGAL downloads. I personally cannot find the energy to sit through these versions of movies. They are impossible to follow and you are stuck watching them on your small computer screen instead of on your big TV.
Now here is the better path that majority of online users take. Now I know people don't like to spend money when other options are free. But I am here to tell you that the advantages of this path greatly outweigh the free advantage of other strategies. The answer is membership sites. Over the past year, I have tried out about ten different membership sites. All of them were good and well worth my money. Some were better than others however. The advantages of movie download membership sites are endless. Certain ones already have The Strangers movie for download. The key is to find a membership site that offers unlimited downloads for life for one small price as opposed to sites that you have to pay per each movie.
There are endless advantages:
* - 100% legal and safe * - saves time, money, and they are very convenient * - life time access to millions of unlimited movies * - all new DVD and theatre releases are available * - all movies are PERFECT quality; there are no low quality, bootleg versions * - VERY fast download rates - usually takes less than 5 minutes * - you can burn movies straight to DVD no problem * - tons of bonuses: ant-spy ware programs, DVD copying programs, and unlimited technical support * - most sites off unlimited music and TV-shows
I have done the work for you. I have tested out plenty of sites and I will lead you in right direction. If you are ready to download The Strangers movie legally in perfect quality online as well as all the new theatre releases such as Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of Crystal Skull, Iron Man, and Sex and the City, please visit All Movie Downloads for more information.

Nature Photography: Five Tips For Great Beach Photos. by Andrew Goodall
Nature photographers, landscape photographers, wedding photographers, hobby photographers... who doesn't love an excuse to take some photos at the beach? It is human nature to want to take photos of the places we are drawn to personally, so the beach is a great source of inspiration for photographers at all levels.
Beach photography can be particularly challenging, even for experienced nature photographers. We are often inspired by the sounds, the smells, the open space; so the job of the photographer is not just to photograph a place, but to capture a feeling.
This can make beach photography a deeply personal thing, so your approach to a photo will be guided by what that location means to you. However, there are some easy ways to add impact to your pictures. Here are five simple tips to help you enjoy your next beach photography outing.
Beach Photography Tip #1. Time of Day. Every landscape photographer knows that early in the morning and late in the afternoon are the best times for taking outdoor photos. At these times the natural light is tinged with warm colour, and the contrast is low for a much more attractive effect. Shining from a much lower angle, the sunlight illuminates most subjects softly and evenly.
This rule definitely applies at the beach, especially wherever there is white sand. If you take your photos in the middle of the day, the glare from the sand and the white water will create stark, high-contrast photos that will not do justice to the location. However, when the sun is low it will illuminate the entire scene with much warmer colours. The froth at the waters edge will light up like champagne bubbles, and the whole photo will be richer and more atmospheric.
Beach Photography Tip #2. Get Down To The Water's Edge. To get the best beach photos, be prepared to get your feet wet. Down at the water's edge where the sand is wet, your foregrounds will be more colourful, and wiped clean of footprints, tyre tracks and other distractions that can spoil the natural look of a beach photo. You may also discover reflections that add interest to otherwise plain foregrounds.
Beach Photography Tip #3. Find An Eye-Catching Feature. A long, empty expanse of white sand with a clear blue sky is perfect for a walk on the beach, but can be too empty and plain for a photograph. You should try to find a feature to build your composition around. Many beaches have a rocky headland at each end; head for the rocks to find a more interesting foreground. Not only will your photos have a stronger focal point; they will also have more appeal for viewers who can identify familiar features in the image.
Once you start looking, there are all types of features on a beach that can add interest to your composition; driftwood, shells, rocks, lifesavers' flags...just be creative and the list is endless.
Beach Photography Tip #4. Make The Most Of A Good Sky. A clear blue sky at the beach can be a thing of beauty - and can also be a photographer's worst enemy. A great cloud formation can add a whole new dimension to your photo, especially if you can't find anything of interest in the foreground.
Even if it quite overcast, don't despair. With patience and luck, you may encounter sunbeams radiating across the water as the sun rises or sinks behind the clouds. Remember that beach photos don't always have to be bright and sunny. We see enough of that in advertising and the movies. The photos that stand out from the crowd are often the ones with dark skies and brooding atmosphere, not white sand and blue sky.
Beach Photograhy Tip #5. Use Your Wide Angle Lens. A wide-angle lens can be the best way to capture that sense of isolation and distance that you often feel when walking on the beach. The smaller lens exaggerates the perspective, making the background appear to stretch away for many miles and creating a real sense of three-dimensional depth. If you are looking up the beach, you can capture everything from the swirling water right in front of you to the lighthouse in the distance. Even better, the stronger depth of field of the wide-angle lens lets you keep it all in focus.
This 'wide-open-spaces' effect can look plain and empty if your scene lacks features, so remember Tips #3 and #4 and make the most of your skies and foregrounds. Obviously the wide-angle lens is not the best option for every photo, but it not a bad place to start if you are looking for ideas.
So there you have my five simple tips for beach photography. This is by no means a comprehensive guide. As with all nature photography, beach photography is an adventure that never ends. You never get tired of taking photos, and you never take two photos quite the same. Still, if this little article encourages you to get out there and practice, then you are one step closer to becoming a better photographer.
